Freeport-McMoRan is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead hiring efforts in our Bagdad, AZ operations. This role will manage candidate screening, ATS processes, and collaboration with site HR to ensure accurate job requirements and pipelines.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in Talent Acquisition or 5+ years with a Bachelor's and strong knowledge of employment law, with advanced Excel skills and a track record of reporting and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Must have 8+ years in Talent Acquisition/HR or 5+ years with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong knowledge of EEO and employment law related to hiring.
• Proficient in recruiting processes, sourcing techniques, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review applications to ensure background and experience align with minimum qualifications.
• Manage real time requisition and candidate process flow in the ATS.
• Supervise TA Coordinator tasks and mentor contractors.
• Develop relationships with business leaders and site HR for clear role requirements.
• Generate routine and ad hoc reports and present data to leadership.
