Job summary

Freeport-McMoRan Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to drive the full lifecycle of recruitment across multiple channels for the Bagdad, Arizona site. You will screen applications, coordinate background checks, prepare pay models and extend offers as an agent of the company.

You will manage real-time requisition flow in the ATS, partner with Compensation on salary discussions, and lead recruiting events with external partners to build a strong candidate pipeline.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and six years Talent Acquisition/HR-related experience, OR
• Bachelor’s degree and three years Talent Acquisition/HR-related experience

Responsibilities

• Lead full life cycle of Talent Acquisition across multiple channels.
• Screen applications and coordinate background checks and offers.
• Manage requisition and candidate flow in the ATS and communicate with stakeholders.
• Build relationships with site HR, hiring managers and providers.
