• Knowledge of LCATs and clearance processes; able to manage multiple requisitions.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for cleared, billable positions and hit time-to-fill targets by clearance level.
• Perform hands-on sourcing to raise qualified yield beyond inbound applicants.
• Maintain strong hiring-manager relationships: intake and visible pipeline.
• Coordinate with Security/FSO on clearances and ensure ATS/req hygiene.
