The role partners with HR, leadership, and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop sourcing strategies, build candidate pipelines, and manage candidates from initial outreach through offers in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional recruiting experience, including technical talent such as software, infrastructure, or cybersecurity.
• Experience managing the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to closing.
• Proactive sourcing and engagement of passive candidates.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage passive engineering candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Develop personalized outreach reflecting the role and candidate experience.
• Screen candidates for experience, technical fit, compensation expectations, and clearance requirements.
• Build pipelines for current and future hiring needs and coordinate interviews.
• Support offer development, candidate closing, and pre-employment processes.
