Job summary

Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) seeks a Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition Recruiter for a 6-month cycle hire, reporting to the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition. You will lead full-cycle recruiting for a dynamic portfolio from entry-level to management, including temporary hires, across the PPFA National Office.

You will partner with hiring managers to source, screen, and select diverse, high-caliber talent, leveraging Lever and SuccessFactors and maintaining data-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• 3+ years of high-volume recruitment experience.
• Experience with Lever and SuccessFactors.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to recruit diverse talent.
• Knowledge of labor laws and non-profit hiring practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for assigned requisitions (entry-level to manager, including temporary hires).
• Conduct phone screens and virtual interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Maintain recruitment analytics and KPIs to support data-driven decisions.
• Coordinate background checks and onboarding with TA Operations.
• Represent PPFA at career fairs and university events to build pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational policies.
