Job summary

Planned Parenthood Federation of America is seeking a Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition Recruiter cycle hire to lead full-cycle recruiting for PPFA’s National Office. You will partner with hiring managers to drive sourcing, screening, and selection across entry-level to manager roles, including temporary hires.

You will use Lever and SuccessFactors to monitor analytics, ensure compliance, and deliver a great candidate experience while promoting PPFA as an employer of choice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• 3+ years of high-volume recruitment experience.
• Experience with Lever and SuccessFactors or similar HRIS.
• Ability to recruit diverse talent and build pipelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws and non-profit hiring practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition for assigned requisitions, including posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding.
• Conduct phone screens and virtual interviews to evaluate qualifications and culture fit; coordinate panel interviews.
• Meet SLAs to reduce time-to-fill and maintain efficiency.
• Utilize Lever and SuccessFactors; maintain recruitment analytics and KPIs.
• Coordinate background checks and onboarding logistics; ensure compliance.
• Represent PPFA at career events to build pipelines.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and TA Operations for smooth delivery.
