Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) is seeking a Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment across a dynamic portfolio. You will partner with hiring managers to source, screen, and select candidates, ensuring diverse pipelines and an exceptional candidate experience.

Compliance with employment laws and data-driven workflows are essential. The role collaborates across the People, Culture and Equity Division and People Experience and Development team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 3+ years of high-volume recruitment experience.
• Experience with Lever and SuccessFactors.
• Experience recruiting for nonprofit roles.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple requisitions.
• Knowledge of employment laws.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition for a broad portfolio of requisitions (entry-level to manager; includes temp hires).
• Conduct phone screens and virtual interviews; coordinate panel interviews.
• Maintain recruitment analytics and KPIs for data-driven decisions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies.
• Represent PPFA at career fairs and build diverse candidate pipelines.
