• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• Minimum 3+ years of high-volume recruitment experience.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment and diverse sourcing strategies.
• Proficiency with HRIS/ATS tools (SuccessFactors, Lever) and data analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Manages end-to-end talent acquisition for assigned requisitions, including posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding handoff.
• Conducts thorough phone screens and virtual interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Executes recruitment workflows to reduce time-to-fill and maintain SLA compliance.
• Serves as a proficient system user for Lever ATS and SuccessFactors; maintains recruitment analytics.
• Coordinates background checks and onboarding logistics; ensures employment law compliance.
• Represents PPFA in recruitment events and maintains transparent candidate communication.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
