Job summary

Planned Parenthood Federation of America seeks a Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for entry-level through manager roles, including temporary hires, across the PPFA National Office.

You will partner with hiring managers to source, screen, and select diverse, high-caliber talent, leveraging Lever ATS and SuccessFactors, while ensuring compliance with employment laws and PPFA policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• Minimum 3+ years of high-volume recruitment, managing 10–40+ open requisitions.
• Experience with ATS systems (Lever, SuccessFactors) and candidate management systems.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition for entry-level to manager roles, incl. temp hires.
• Conduct phone screens and virtual interviews; coordinate panels and provide collateral.
• Execute workflows to reduce time-to-fill and maintain hiring efficiency.
• Maintain data in Lever and SuccessFactors; provide recruitment analytics and KPIs.
• Coordinate background checks and onboarding; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Promote PPFA as employer of choice and engage candidate communications.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and TA Operations for seamless service.
