Job summary

Planned Parenthood Federation of America is seeking a Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for a broad portfolio, including entry-level through manager-level roles and temporary hires. You will leverage Lever and SuccessFactors, optimize sourcing strategies, and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience aligned with PPFA values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or another relevant field.
• APHR, PHR, SHRM, SHRM-CP, AIRS CIR, CDR, TAS and other HR or recruitment certificates are a plus.
• Minimum 3+ years of high-volume recruitment experience managing 10–40+ open requisitions concurrently for various nonprofit roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition for a wide range of requisitions, including entry-level to manager levels and temporary hires.
• Conduct phone screens and virtual interviews; coordinate panel interviews and prepare standardized selection collateral.
• Execute recruitment workflows to reduce time-to-fill and maintain operational efficiency across the hiring lifecycle.
• Use Lever and SuccessFactors to maintain recruitment analytics, pipelines, and KPIs for data-driven decisions.
• Coordinate background checks and onboarding logistics in compliance with laws and policies.
• Promote PPFA as an employer of choice through advertising platforms and proactive candidate engagement.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and TA Operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
