That’s why we’re hiring a Recruiter with a headhunter mindset — someone who is tenacious, self-driven, and thrives on proactively sourcing top-tier talent in the civil engineering space. In this role, you will be evaluated based on the quality of hire, not quantity.
This role requires on-site attendance five days a week during the training period. Eligibility for a hybrid work arrangement will be determined by the Team Leader based on readiness and performance.
