Summary
Supports enterprise recruiting for construction professionals and other staffing needs as assigned. This position can be performed from a remote location.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Writes and places advertisements for open positions.
• Opens requisitions for new positions assigned by Director of Talent Acquisition; tracks candidates through HR and applicant tracking systems.
• Performs verbal pre-screenings and schedules interviews.
• Interviews candidates.
• Schedules pre-employment and developmental assessments.
• Provides regular status reports to Director of Talent Acquisition.
• Collaborates with the Director, Talent Acquisition to provide accurate reporting data relative to recruiting activity for each open position.
• Frequent collaboration, support, development, and facilitation of strategic initiatives and programs related to talent acquisition, development, and retention as they arise.
• Maintains confidential employee records and personnel files.
• Leverages various recruiting channels and methods to increase candidate pipeline through calling, texting, emailing, social media, referrals, community outreach, and workforce solutions.
• Manages a high requisition load.
• Supports multiple hiring managers simultaneously.
• Proficient in UKG/UltiPro or a similar ATS.
• Understanding of requisition management, candidate recordkeeping, and compliance matters related to recruitment and hiring practices.

• Meets schedules and deadlines, adheres to policies and procedures, and maintains a good attendance/tardiness record.
• Ensures client satisfaction through efficient handling of issues.

• Performs other duties as assigned by the manager.
Education, Experience, and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree (B.S. or B.A.) from a four-year college or university AND three (3) years of related experience, OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior HRIS and ATS experience.
• Advanced level computer skills are preferred.
• Experience working as an in-house recruiter preferred.
• Experience recruiting in the construction industry preferred.
Technical and Mental Skills
• Demonstrates exemplary communication and influencing skills.
• Applies concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
• Effectively presents information to top management and other groups.
• Organizes and manages time, duties, and activities efficiently.
