The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is a strategic talent advisor to an entire division (or multiple functional areas). Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, who is based in Le Locle, Switzerland.
You will manage requisitions of all levels, many of which are high-level specialty roles and partner with HR Directors/Business Partners, hiring managers (including senior leaders and Vice Presidents), external research partners, and agencies, to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for clients in EMEA.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Talent Acquisition
• Facilitate high-quality recruiting strategy meetings (briefing/in-take sessions). Prepare hiring managers and interview teams to understand job requirements and expectations.
• Review candidate resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements. Create and communicate pre-screening questions to hiring managers for collaboration and approval. Pre-screen candidates prior to presentation.
• Ensure a consistent and effective recruitment process. Identify areas of opportunity in the process to add value, improve quality, customer service, etc.
• Evaluate trends in workforce populations and develop a strategic workforce plan, where relevant.
• Develop and maintain a network of diverse candidates by using direct sourcing, social media, job boards, Internet, groups and associations, internal referrals, advertising, third-party agencies, and other technical means to source candidates. Stay informed of diversity trends and innovative recruiting techniques.
• Interview and assess candidates (video/phone screens, and in-person) using behavioral, competency-based interviewing techniques.
• Develop sourcing strategies (leveraging internet tools, social networking, online campaigns, agencies, outplacement, etc.) and maintain positive working relationships with these sources to ensure talent pipelining.
• Provide coaching and guidance to hiring managers.
• Utilize assessment tools (cognitive, leadership style, references) to provide overview and recommendations to hiring managers, when applicable.
• Assist with creating recruitment marketing and branding campaigns to market Integra careers across the region, ensuring country marketing is aligned and represents Integra in a professional and positive manner by providing information about the Company, culture, business strategy, relevant function/department, and specific position. - Communication
• Ensure that HR Directors/Business Partners are consistently updated on the status of openings relative to their area.
• Maintain positive relationships with key clients by providing timely, relevant updates.
• Candidate care - provide feedback to internal and external candidates in a timely fashion and in accordance with staffing procedures. - Compensation
• Craft offer recommendations and partner with appropriate HR partners and compensation team to gain appropriate levels of approval. Provide counsel and direction relative to market-based new hire offers.
• Share compensation trends with colleagues in HR.
• Collaborate closely with HR partners and HR Operations team regarding expatriate and relocation issues, visas, understanding guidelines, etc. - Reporting & Compliance
• Ensure that candidate sources, job statuses, and final dispositions are up to date and in compliance with local country guidelines and internal SOPs.
• Leverage the Applicant Tracking System (Workday) to develop and maintain ad hoc recruitment status reports to meet HRBP needs.
• Prepare and regularly update accurate statistical data/metrics regarding turnover, sourcing, cost per hire, cycle steps, time to fill, etc., as requested. - Projects
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the recruitment process, vendor relationships, and assessment tools.
• Participate in Talent Acquisition related projects in either a team member capacity as the subject matter expert, or as a lead on projects up to a medium scope/budget.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Qualifications:
- • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- • 5 years of talent acquisition experience (internal and agency), with ideally 2 years recruiting in Life Sciences (full-cycle recruiting with a focus on strategic sourcing).
- • Proven international recruitment experience across EMEA, with a strong understanding of cultural nuances, employment laws, and hiring practices in multiple countries.
- • Fluent in French, German, and English.
- • Expertise in leveraging recruitment technologies, social media sourcing strategies, and talent intelligence tools to build diverse pipelines.
- • Proficiency with Workday ATS and other HR technologies to streamline and optimize the hiring process.
- • Data-driven approach with experience in recruitment analytics, market mapping, and talent forecasting to drive strategic hiring decisions.
- • Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across EMEA, providing insights and guidance on local market trends.
- • Experience in employer branding and enhancing candidate experience to attract top talent in competitive markets.
