Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter to partner with hiring managers and own recruiting strategy across portfolios. You will lead sourcing, screening, and interviewing for senior roles while coaching managers on best practices and onboarding.

Travel for recruiting events may be required. Ideal candidates have GTM recruiting experience, strong stakeholder management, and a data-driven approach to measuring recruiting success across divisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of recruiting experience across departments and organizations.
• Ability to present active and passive talent to senior leadership and executives.
• Experience in GTM Recruiting, Sales, Technical, and Marketing recruiting.
• Strategic and adaptable approach to owning portfolios across fields.
• May be required to have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with hiring managers on recruiting needs and evolving team needs.
• Own Corporate/Operations recruiting strategy for assigned portfolios and industries.
• Provide pipeline health, candidate communication, and performance updates.
• Mentor and coach management on recruiting strategies and interview best practices.
• Source, network, and advertise for active and passive hiring through multiple channels.
• Prepare and analyze statistical reports and applicant-flow data for compliance and goals.
• Coach managers on candidate attraction, selection, onboarding, compensation, and management practices.
• Develop and execute sourcing and screening strategies with senior leaders.
• Develop job descriptions and interview questions.
• Determine online recruiting strategies.
• Measure recruitment, selection, and placement effectiveness using metrics.
• Recruit and interview candidates for high-level positions and build passive networks.
• Mentor and coach other team members as needed.
• Travel to support recruiting events as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in GTM Recruiting, Sales, Technical, and Marketing recruiting


• Strategic and adaptable approach to owning portfolios across fields


• May be required to have a valid driver’s license
