Job summary

Jobtailor in Dallas seeks a senior Talent Acquisition Lead to drive end-to-end recruiting for management and non-management roles. You will build sourcing strategies, lead contract NPW Sourcing Specialists, and partner with leaders to forecast workforce needs, improve speed and diversity, and ensure compliance with employment laws and policies.

Responsibilities include developing pipelines through market mapping, networking, AI-enabled sourcing tools, and talent intelligence; analyzing metrics

Qualifications

5+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience.
Experience leading complex full-cycle recruiting efforts and strategic sourcing initiatives
Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
Strong analytical, reporting, and ATS/HRIS proficiency
Experience leveraging AI-enabled recruiting technologies responsibly
Experience supporting large-scale, project-based, or hard-to-fill hiring programs
Bachelor’s degree, desired.

Experience overseeing recruiting coordinators, sourcing specialists, or contract recruiting resources Preferred.
Bachelor’s degree, desired.
