• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications or related field.
• 2–3 years of recruiting or HR experience; construction/engineering a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with multiple audiences.
• Excellent organizational skills for events and deadlines.
• Willingness to travel for career fairs, site visits, and university engagements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with departments.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle recruiting for full-time positions across all departments.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and candidate profiles.
• Post jobs, source candidates, and ensure postings are accurate and compliant.
• Screen applicants, conduct phone interviews, and present qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback collection.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates for a smooth experience.
• Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and pipeline activity.
• Coordinate college and intern recruitment activities and campus events.
• Represent the company’s culture and opportunities professionally.
