Anthropic is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Recruiting Technology to own planning and execution across recruiting systems and AI tooling. You will connect multiple teams, drive a coherent roadmap, and ensure prioritized work aligns with company headcount planning and longer‑term TPM strategy.

The role sits in a centralized TPM organization working with Recruiting and People leadership, including decisions on long‑term TPM support for the People org.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical program management experience.
• Experience planning cross-team programs without direct reporting lines.
• Systems integration with APIs and data flows between SaaS platforms.
• Experience with recruiting or HR tech stack.
• Ability to translate between engineers, recruiters and executives.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the cross‑team planning and operating cadence for recruiting technology with a shared roadmap and single source of truth.
• Drive high‑priority cross‑team programs end-to-end across non‑aligned teams.
• Lead the technical interconnection work across third‑party platforms, internal tooling, and analytics layers.
• Collaborate with engineering and AI teams to deepen Claude usage in recruiting workflows.
• Connect recruiting to company‑wide roadmaps and headcount planning.
• Evaluate build‑vs‑buy and vendors, considering security and integration trade‑offs.
• Establish program governance, risk tracking, and escalation paths for leadership decisions.
