Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager within the Intelligent Talent Acquisition team to define and deliver data-driven, global hiring programs. You will partner with North America and Europe engineering teams to design, plan, and communicate implementation across complex programs, managing multiple projects with clear stakeholder alignment.

Key qualifications include 5+ years in technical PM, 7+ years with engineering teams, and 3+ years in software development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and path management.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement multiple data and web-based solutions on a global scale.
• Partner with engineering teams in NA and Europe to plan, design and communicate new programs.
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects and deadlines with structured communication.
• Identify risks and opportunities in technical strategies and define integration patterns.
• Analyze system health monitoring data and gather requirements across ITA.
• Collaborate with data engineering and science teams on global site selection and hiring events.
