Responsibilities

• Own and drive talent strategy for customer organizations with business leaders
• Execute core talent processes: Org Planning, Leadership Forecasting, Promotions and Succession
• Translate data into talent insights and drive business decisions
• Lead cross-group talent initiatives and manage rollout activities
• Write strategy documents and program proposals for leadership review
• Design change management plans to enable adoption of TM initiatives
• Advise on org health, span of control, and future-state models
• Pilot new talent mechanisms and document learnings for broader adoption
• Provide coaching and enablement for TM processes and tools
• Act as onboarding resource for new TM leads or specialists
