Job summary

AllianceBernstein L.P. seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join the Private Wealth Talent Acquisition Team.

You will identify and attract Wealth Advisor talent for the Private Client business across the United States, acting as researcher, relationship builder, and career ambassador to deliver a thoughtful candidate experience. Partner with senior leaders to forecast talent needs, build advisor pipelines, and guide end-to-end recruitment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of advisor recruiting experience.
• Proven track record in leading all phases of recruiting for wealth advisors.
• Ability to build partnerships with senior leaders and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong client service orientation and collaboration across teams.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, such as Workday Recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Proactive pipeline development and market mapping across competitors.
• Provide market insights on advisor movement, compensation, and competitors.
• Execute end-to-end recruitment and deliver a high-touch candidate experience.
• Partner with leaders to co-develop hiring strategies and workforce plans.
