Job summary
Ameriprise Financial is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to support the Wealth Management Advisor Group (WMAG). You will attract, assess, and hire top talent across WMAG's advisor and leadership channels, including the Ameriprise Franchise Group (AFG) and Ameriprise Financial Institutions Group (AFIG).
You will build relationships with senior leaders, deliver talent solutions, and provide labor market insights while guiding compensation discussions and ensuring regulatory
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years of Talent Acquisition with knowledge of recruiting processes and strategy.
- Workforce planning, talent mapping, succession planning, and advisory practices.
- Consultative leadership style with strong communication.
- Ability to partner with senior executives and coach in selection.
- Sourcing methods expertise using modern tools and channels.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for complex and leadership roles across WMAG.
- Develop innovative sourcing and talent-attraction strategies for diverse pipelines.
- Partner with senior leaders to understand priorities, gaps, and needs.
- Use labor market insights to inform hiring decisions.
- Support compensation discussions and offer strategy with HR partners.
