Job summary

AB Global is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to identify and attract Wealth Advisor talent for the Private Client business across the United States. You will build advisor candidate networks, conduct market mapping, and partner with senior leaders to translate business needs into effective talent strategies.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in advisor recruiting, a track record of high-volume delivery, and a strong client-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of advisor recruiting experience.
• Experience leading all phases of the recruiting process for wealth advisors.
• Proven ability to recruit high-caliber talent in high-volume environments.
• Excellent client service with strong partnerships inside and outside the organization.
• Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach in a growing team.
• Urgency, responsiveness, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Proactively build always-on pipelines across competitor firms.
• Conduct market mapping and maintain long-term passive relationships.
• Align candidate pipeline health with future hiring needs.
• Provide market insights on advisor movement and compensation.
• Deliver consultative hiring recommendations to leadership.
• Partner with Finance, Legal and internal teams to deliver onboarding.
