Job summary

ICON seeks a Principal Talent Acquisition Partner to lead executive-level searches across Technology Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Logistics and Field Engineering. You will own the full lifecycle, partner with leadership, and drive a talent-dense organization from Austin, TX.

You will oversee strategy, stakeholder management, and external resources while delivering timely, high-quality hires that align with ICON's standards and compliance. This role reports to the SVP, People.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in full-cycle recruiting, with at least 3 years leading executive searches.
• Proven success recruiting for G&A functions (finance, HR, legal, admin).
• Operationalize talent density into recruiting processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient with ATS (Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ClearanceJobs).
• Ability to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned business units, from sourcing to offer.
• Partner with leaders to scope roles and develop search strategies.
• Assess and present qualified candidates with a focus on density and speed.
• Advise on compensation, sourcing strategy, and compliance matters.
• Coordinate interview logistics and debriefs; support timely hiring decisions.
• Represent TA in talent reviews and org planning meetings.
