Hadrian is seeking a Senior Recruiter to scale hiring across software, product, design, and manufacturing teams as we build autonomous factories in the U.S. You’ll partner with leaders to define role requirements, craft sourcing strategies, and drive a high‑quality candidate experience in a fast‑growth environment.

You’ll own full‑cycle recruiting, negotiate complex offers, and use data to improve time‑to‑fill and quality of hires.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience closing complex offers across compensation packages.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with candidates and leaders.
• Data-informed approach to identify bottlenecks and optimize hiring.
• Thrives in fast‑moving, high‑growth environments.
• Passionate about candidate experience and building high‑performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for your assigned function, from intake through offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and priorities.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality talent.
• Run efficient, high-signal interview and selection processes.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience aligned with Hadrian's culture.
• Track hiring performance and use data to identify bottlenecks.
• Advise leaders with market insights and recommendations.
• Contribute to employer branding and process improvements.
