Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience closing complex offers, including negotiation across compensation and equity packages.
• A strong communicator who builds trust with candidates and stakeholders.
• Data-informed, organized, and proactive in managing competing priorities.
• Thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments where priorities evolve quickly.
• Experience recruiting in technical, manufacturing, or hardware-software environments.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for your assigned function, from intake through offer.
• Partner with hiring managers and leaders to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring priorities.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality, diverse talent.
• Run efficient, high-signal, compliant interview and selection processes.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience aligned with Hadrian's culture and values.
• Track hiring performance and use data to identify bottlenecks and improve outcomes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and leaders, providing market insight and recommendations.
• Contribute to broader Talent initiatives, including employer branding and process improvement.
