• Demonstrated experience sourcing and recruiting technical or engineering talent.
• Experience sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates through multiple channels.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HRBP to understand hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical, engineering, operational, and corporate roles.
• Create and maintain job descriptions and postings.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, universities, networking.
• Screen candidates and present qualified candidates to managers.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication throughout process.
• Support offer negotiations and onboarding processes.
• Develop recruiting workflows, scorecards, and templates.
