Fivetran is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support Engineering and Product teams in a fully remote role. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, guiding sourcing, interviewing, and closing offers while partnering with TA Operations on process improvements.

You will also lead project work to improve recruiting processes, employer branding, and sourcing initiatives across a global applicant pool.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting for engineering and product teams.
• Ability to advise and influence hiring managers on process and interview practices.
• Strong sourcing skills with track record of engaging passive tech talent.
• Experience closing candidates in competitive offers.
• Knowledge of ATS platforms and recruiting metrics.
• Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization in fast-paced environments.
• Comfort with AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT for sourcing and interview feedback.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering and Product hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring plans, and interview strategies.
• Guide hiring managers and interviewers through our hiring process, coaching them on best practices and consistent, fair candidate evaluation.
• Source and engage top technical and product talent through proactive outreach, networking, and creative channels.
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from intake through offer acceptance, delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Design and run structured interview loops, and facilitate debriefs that lead to clear, timely hiring decisions.
• Close offers by partnering with hiring managers on compensation, messaging, and candidate engagement.
• Collaborate with TA Operations to improve recruiting processes, tooling, and reporting.
• Lead or contribute to recruiting projects such as process improvements, employer branding, and new sourcing initiatives.
• Track and share pipeline metrics, market insights, and hiring trends to keep stakeholders informed.
• Build lasting relationships with candidates, including those who are not hired now but could be a fit in the future.
