Job summary

Fivetran is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support Engineering and Product, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and driving sourcing, interviewing, and offers.

You'll partner with TA Operations to optimize recruiting processes and scale our hiring capabilities. This is a full-time remote position, enabling collaboration across time zones while supporting a fast-growing data infrastructure company.

Qualifications

• Experience partnering with engineering and product teams to understand roles and business needs.
• Proven track record sourcing top technical and product talent.
• Experience designing and leading interview processes and candidate evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering and Product hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring plans, and interview strategies.
• Coach hiring managers and interviewers on best practices and fair evaluation.
• Source and engage top technical and product talent through proactive outreach and networking.
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from intake to offer, delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Design structured interview loops and facilitate debriefs for timely hiring decisions.
• Close offers and effectively onboard new hires.

About the Role

Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.

We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support our Engineering and Product organizations. You’ll be a trusted advisor to hiring managers, guiding them through our hiring process and partnering with them on sourcing, interviewing, and closing offers. You’ll also work closely with TA Operations to improve our recruiting processes and drive recruiting-related projects that help us scale our hiring.

This is a full-time remote position.

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from intake through offer acceptance, delivering an exceptional candidate experience
• Design and run structured interview loops, and facilitate debriefs that lead to clear, timely hiring decisions
