Job summary

Fivetran, Inc. is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support our Engineering and Product teams. You’ll guide hiring managers through sourcing, interviewing, and closing offers, while partnering with TA Operations to scale recruiting.

This is a full-time remote position, with tools like Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Slack, and AI-assisted sourcing to optimize processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally partnering with Engineering and Product teams.
• Proven ability to advise and influence hiring managers.
• Strong sourcing skills and track record of engaging passive technical talent.
• Experience closing candidates in competitive offers.
• Working knowledge of ATS platforms and recruiting data.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering and Product hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring plans, and interview strategies.
• Guide hiring managers and interviewers through our hiring process, coaching them on best practices and consistent evaluation.
• Source and engage top technical and product talent through proactive outreach and networking.
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from intake through offer acceptance.
• Design and run structured interview loops and facilitate debriefs for timely hiring decisions.
• Close offers by collaborating on compensation, messaging, and candidate engagement.
• Collaborate with TA Operations to improve processes, tooling, and reporting.
• Lead or contribute to recruiting projects and employer branding initiatives.
• Track pipeline metrics and market insights to inform stakeholders.
• Build lasting relationships with candidates for future opportunities.

About the Role

Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.

We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support our Engineering and Product organizations. You’ll be a trusted advisor to hiring managers, guiding them through our hiring process and partnering with them on sourcing, interviewing, and closing offers. You’ll also work closely with TA Operations to improve our recruiting processes and drive recruiting-related projects that help us scale our hiring.

This is a full-time remote position.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with Engineering and Product hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring plans, and interview strategies
• Guide hiring managers and interviewers through our hiring process, coaching them on best practices and consistent, fair candidate evaluation
• Source and engage top technical and product talent through proactive outreach, networking, and creative channels
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from intake through offer acceptance, delivering an exceptional candidate experience
• Design and run structured interview loops, and facilitate debriefs that lead to clear, timely hiring decisions
• Close offers by partnering with hiring managers on compensation, messaging, and candidate engagement
• Collaborate with TA Operations to improve recruiting processes, tooling, and reporting
• Lead or contribute to recruiting projects such as process improvements, employer branding, and new sourcing initiatives
• Track and share pipeline metrics, market insights, and hiring trends to keep stakeholders informed
• Build lasting relationships with candidates, including those who are not hired now but could be a fit in the future
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally partnering with Engineering and Product teams
• Proven ability to advise and influence hiring managers, including coaching them on process and interviewing
• Strong sourcing skills, with a track record of finding and engaging passive technical talent
• Experience closing candidates and navigating competitive offer situations
• Working knowledge of ATS platforms and recruiting data, with the ability to use metrics to drive decisions
• Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort using AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, or internal chatbots) to support sourcing, outreach, job description drafting, and synthesizing interview feedback

Bonus Skills

• Experience recruiting for data infrastructure, SaaS, or developer-focused companies
• Experience with global or multi-region hiring
• Experience partnering with TA Operations on process design or tooling implementations
• Experience with employer branding or recruiting campaigns
• Experience building structured, scalable interview programs

The compensation range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire compensation for the target position and level, and may include sales incentives or target bonuses depending on the role. Pay Range

$117,284 — $140,746.50 USD
