Qualifications

• 4+ years related recruiting experience.

• Ability to build candidate pipelines and partner with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of requisitions.
• Partner with hiring managers to intake roles and align on candidate profiles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build pipelines for hiring needs.
• Manage candidate experience from initial contact to offer and onboarding.
• Provide guidance to managers and improve recruiting processes.
