Job summary

Vituity is seeking a Medical Recruiter for a remote nationwide role. The recruiter will generate leads, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate records to support Behavioral Health physician and advanced provider hiring.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in recruiting, agency experience preferred, and strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills. The role offers comprehensive benefits and a performance-based bonus program.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of recruiting experience required.
• Agency recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with Taleo is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate and develop leads through ads, cold calling, referrals, and residency programs.
• Screen and coordinate interviews for Behavioral Health physicians and advanced providers.
• Maintain and update candidate records in Taleo and generate reports.
• Coordinate phone and site interviews with candidates and Medical Directors.
• Build relationships with Medical Directors, Regional Directors, and VP-level staff.
