Job summary

The Grandview by Erickson Senior Living in North Bethesda, MD, is seeking a Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for residents and team members on-site. You will partner with hiring managers to identify workforce needs, source and present qualified candidates, and coordinate interviews.

You will build pipelines, create a world-class candidate experience, and manage postings and recruitment advertising strategy to support a growing senior living community.

Qualifications

• 3+ years recruiting experience required.
• Ability to establish effective relationships with all levels of management and staff.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to identify current and future workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, attract, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers, schedule and coordinate the interview process.
• Create and continually update proactive, strategic plans to fill current openings and build pipelines for future opportunities.
• Create a world-class candidate experience that engages and inspires top talent throughout the hiring process.
• Manage the full-cycle job posting process, maintain postings, and plan recruitment advertising strategy.
• Coordinate, promote, and represent the organization at community hiring events and job fairs.
