Job summary

The Grandview by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for our newest community in Maryland. You will partner with hiring managers, source top talent, and build proactive pipelines to support resident and team member experiences.

Responsibilities include posting roles, coordinating interviews, managing offers, and driving a world-class candidate experience. This on-site role works closely with HR and community leadership at The Grandview in North Bethesda.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years recruiting experience.
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with all levels of management and staff.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

• Partner with hiring managers to identify current and future workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source, attract, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers, schedule and coordinate interviews.
• Create strategic plans to fill openings and build pipelines for future opportunities.
• Create a world-class candidate experience that engages top talent throughout the hiring process.
• Manage full-cycle job postings and plan recruitment-related advertising strategies.
• Coordinate and represent the organization at community hiring events and job fairs.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, professional organizations, alumni associations, and community partners to develop talent pipelines.
• Process and administer employee job changes through the HRIS (Workday) and related documentation.
• Lead compensation discussions to ensure competitive offers.
• This is an on-site role, interacting with the HR team, hiring managers and our community residents daily.

Join our team as a Recruiter at The Grandview, Erickson Senior Living's newest community. If you're passionate about connecting exceptional talent with meaningful careers and have a desire to lead recruitment efforts that will shape the resident and team member experience for years to come, this role will be vital to shaping the resident and team member experience for years to come. This key member of the Human Resources team is responsible for the full cycle recruitment process from job postings through the offer process.

• Create and continually update proactive, strategic plans to fill current openings and build pipelines for future opportunities
• Create a world-class candidate experience that engages and inspires top talent throughout the hiring process
• Manage the full-cycle job posting process, maintaining internal and external postings, and planning recruitment-related advertising strategy.
• Coordinate, promote, and represent the organization at community hiring events, job fairs, and recruitment initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, professional organizations, alumni associations, and community partners to develop talent pipelines.
• Process and administer employee job changes, including promotions, transfers, title changes, compensation updates, and other employment actions through the HRIS (Workday) and related documentation.
• Lead compensation discussions to ensure competitive, market-aligned offers.
• This is an on-site role, interacting with the HR team, hiring managers and our community residents on a daily basis
