Job summary

The Grandview by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for residents and team members at our North Bethesda community. You will partner with hiring managers to identify current and future needs, source candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage postings and advertising.

This on-site role emphasizes building strong relationships across the organization, delivering a world-class candidate experience, and contributing to workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years recruiting experience.
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with all levels of management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source, attract, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers; coordinate interviews.
• Create and update proactive recruitment plans to fill openings and build pipelines.
• Ensure a world-class candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Lead full-cycle job postings and manage recruitment advertising.
• Represent the organization at community events, fairs, and recruitment initiatives.
• Build relationships with schools and professional organizations to develop talent pipelines.
• Process and administer employee changes through HRIS (Workday) and related docs.
• Lead compensation discussions to ensure competitive offers.
• This is an on-site role, interacting with the HR team daily.

How you will make an impact

• Partner with hiring managers to identify current and future workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, attract, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers, schedule and coordinate the interview process
• Create and continually update proactive, strategic plans to fill current openings and build pipelines for future opportunities
• Create a world-class candidate experience that engages and inspires top talent throughout the hiring process
• Manage the full-cycle job posting process, maintaining internal and external postings, and planning recruitment-related advertising strategy.
• Coordinate, promote, and represent the organization at community hiring events, job fairs, and recruitment initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, professional organizations, alumni associations, and community partners to develop talent pipelines.
• Process and administer employee job changes, including promotions, transfers, title changes, compensation updates, and other employment actions through the HRIS (Workday) and related documentation.
• Lead compensation discussions to ensure competitive, market-aligned offers.
• This is an on-site role, interacting with the HR team, hiring managers and our community residents on a daily basis

What you will need
