Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, including executive and specialized roles.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in high-growth or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Expertise in ATS platforms, sourcing tools, job boards, and recruitment marketing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical, niche, and executive roles across SIG SAUER's business units.
• Guide hiring teams through structured interview processes and ensure consistency in evaluation.
• Mentor and support less experienced Recruiters and Coordinators; provide coaching.
• Develop, implement, and optimize talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
• Represent the Talent Acquisition team in cross-functional meetings and projects.
• Collaborate with HRBPs on internal mobility, workforce planning, and succession strategies.
• Review compensation data, extend offers, and manage communication through orientation.
• Provide weekly and ad hoc recruiting metrics and dashboards to stakeholders.
