Cushing Terrell is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for senior and leadership roles across our architecture, engineering, and design practice. This is a full-time role partnering with hiring managers and firm leaders across CT offices.

You will build talent pipelines, negotiate offers within approved ranges, coach teams on interviews, and support early career programs.

Formación

10+ years of progressive experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, including senior-level/leadership roles.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or related field.
Expert knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, including passive sourcing, talent mapping, and pipeline development.
Proven offer negotiation and candidate closing skills.
Proficiency with Jobvite, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Smart Sourcing, or similar sourcing platforms, plus MS Office.
Thorough knowledge of employment law, interview regulations, and hiring compliance.

Responsabilidades

Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior-level, leadership, licensed, and hard-to-fill positions across all offices.
Advise hiring managers on intake, search strategy, and candidate profiles with market insight.
Source and engage passive candidates; build talent maps and pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
Coach teams on structured interview and assessment approaches to improve hiring decisions.
Extend offers and negotiate within approved ranges; guide onboarding for new hires.
Mentor Talent Acquisition Partners on sourcing strategy and senior search practices; support early career programs.
Track time to fill, pipeline health, and offer acceptance; optimize TA practices including AI-assisted tools.
