Cushing Terrell is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for senior leadership and hard-to-fill roles across our architecture, engineering, and design practice. This full-time role supports hiring managers and firm leaders in all offices, focusing on licensed professionals and targeted passive sourcing.

You will advise on search strategy, calibrate roles, build talent maps, and extend offers within approved ranges.

Formación

10+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition with leadership hires
Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR or related field
Expert knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and pipeline development
Proven offer negotiation and candidate closing skills
Proficiency with sourcing platforms and MS Office
Strong knowledge of employment law and hiring compliance
Excellent consultative, communication, and analytical skills

Responsabilidades

Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior leadership and hard-to-fill roles across offices
Advise on intake, role calibration, and search strategy with market insight
Source passive candidates, build talent maps and pipelines
Coach teams on structured interview processes and assessment methods
Extend offers within approved ranges and guide onboarding
Mentor Talent Acquisition Partners and support early career programs
Track time-to-fill, pipeline health, and offer acceptance; advise on AI tools
