Cushing Terrell is a multidisciplinary design firm actively seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for senior-level, leadership, and hard-to-fill positions across our architecture, engineering, and design practice. You will advise leaders on strategy, build pipelines, and negotiate offers in partnership with HR.

The role focuses on licensed professionals, with emphasis on targeted passive sourcing, talent mapping, and recruitment marketing for leadership hires.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in recruitment or HR with senior-level/leadership hiring.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR or related field.
• Expert full-cycle recruiting, passive sourcing, talent mapping.
• Proven offer negotiation and candidate closing skills.
• Proficiency with Jobvite, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Smart Sourcing, MS Office/Outlook.
• Knowledge of employment law, interview regulations, and hiring compliance.
• Strong consultative, communication, and analytical skills with handling confidential information.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior-level, leadership, and hard-to-fill roles across offices.
• Advise hiring managers on intake, role calibration, and market-informed strategy.
• Source passive candidates and build talent maps and pipelines.
• Coach teams on structured interview and assessment approaches.
• Extend offers and negotiate within ranges and guide onboarding.
• Mentor other recruiters on sourcing strategy and senior searches.
• Track time-to-fill, pipeline health, and offer acceptance; improve TA practices.
