Cushing Terrell is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for senior-level and leadership positions across our architecture, engineering, and design practice. This full-time role supports hiring managers and firm leaders in all offices, with a focus on passive candidate sourcing.

You will advise on search strategy, build talent maps, extend offers, and mentor recruiters while supporting early career programs.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of progressive experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, including senior-level and leadership roles.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or related field.
• Expert knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, passive sourcing, talent mapping, and pipeline development.
• Proven offer negotiation and candidate closing skills.
• Proficiency with major sourcing platforms and MS Office suite; knowledge of HR compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior-level, leadership, licensed, and hard-to-fill positions across all offices.
• Advise hiring managers on intake, role calibration, and search strategy with market insights.
• Source passive candidates and build talent maps and pipelines using modern tools.
• Coach teams on structured interview and assessment approaches to improve decisions.
• Extend offers and guide onboarding in partnership with HR.
• Mentor Talent Acquisition Partners on sourcing strategy and senior search practices.
• Track time to fill, pipeline health, and offer acceptance; suggest process improvements.
