Job summary

Cushing Terrell is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for senior and leadership roles across our architecture, engineering, and design practice in the United States. You will advise leaders on search strategy, build pipelines for passive candidates, and negotiate offers within approved ranges in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Manager.

• 10+ years in recruitment or HR with senior/leadership focus
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and pipelines
• Experience advising leaders on search strategy and candidate profiles

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior-level and leadership roles
• Advise managers on intake, role calibration, and strategy
• Source passive candidates and build talent maps and pipelines
• Coach teams on structured interview and assessment approaches
• Extend offers and negotiate within approved ranges
• Mentor other recruiters and support internships programs
• Track time-to-fill, pipeline health, and offers acceptance
