Job summary

Cushing Terrell is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for senior leadership and hard-to-fill roles across our architecture, engineering, and design practice in the United States. You will advise leaders on strategy, build talent maps and pipelines, and negotiate offers within approved ranges in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Manager.

You will also mentor Talent Acquisition Partners, support early career programs, and help shape employer branding

Qualifications

10+ years of recruiting or HR experience focusing on senior leadership roles.
Bachelor's degree or higher in HR or related field.
Expert in full-cycle recruiting, talent mapping, and pipeline development.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior-level, leadership, licensed, and hard-to-fill positions across all offices.
Advise hiring managers on intake, role calibration, candidate profiles, and search strategy with market insight.
Source passive candidates, build talent maps, and pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools.
Coach teams on structured interview and assessment to improve decisions and candidate experience.
Extend offers and negotiate within approved ranges; guide new hires through onboarding.
Mentor other recruiters and support early career programs.
Track time to fill, pipeline health, and offer acceptance; improve TA practices including AI tools.
