- 10+ years of progressive recruitment experience, including senior-level and leadership roles.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
- Expert in full-cycle recruiting, passive sourcing, talent mapping, and pipeline development.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior-level and leadership positions across all offices.
- Advise hiring managers on intake, role calibration, and market insight for searches.
- Source passive candidates, build talent maps, and pipelines with sourcing tools.
- Coach teams on structured interview and assessment approaches.
- Extend offers within approved ranges and guide onboarding.
- Mentor Talent Acquisition Partners on sourcing strategy and senior search practices.
- Track time-to-fill and pipeline health, report findings, and optimize TA practices.
