Toast is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead high-volume recruiting across R&D and G&A in a fast-paced environment. You will own the full hiring process, build strong candidate pools, ensure an excellent candidate experience, and collaborate closely with hiring managers to align on requirements and timelines.

The role emphasizes data-backed decisions, stakeholder management, and a proactive mindset to meet evolving business needs.

Qualifications

• Typically requires 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
• Proven depth and breadth of experience in high-volume recruiting across R&D and/or G&A functions.
• Proficiency in using recruitment data and metrics to influence hiring decisions.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience using Greenhouse as an ATS preferred.
• Experience recruiting for sales talent at a SaaS company preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process, building candidate pools and delivering a great candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to fill roles across R&D and G&A functions.
• Deliver on recruiting goals and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
• Attract, recruit, and engage top talent for Toast’s R&D and G&A functions.
• Review substantial inbound applications using the ATS and identify top candidates quickly.
• Provide sound judgment in all aspects of the recruitment process and balance business needs with candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify requirements and drive decision-making.
• Build relationships with hiring managers via regular syncs and subject matter expertise.
• Offer creative recruitment solutions and adapt strategies to market conditions.
• Deliver diverse pipelines and promote inclusive hiring practices.
