Kuehne+Nagel in Detroit is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting across Sea Logistics. This onsite role manages full-cycle recruitment, builds pipelines for specialized needs, and partners with hiring leaders to improve workforce planning.

You will own end-to-end recruiting, guide sourcing strategy for operational and customer-facing roles, and contribute to talent mapping, employer branding, and other TA initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition or recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting within logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, supply chain, or related industry preferred.
• Sea Logistics operations knowledge strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for Sea Logistics positions.
• Partner with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and leaders to develop recruitment strategies.
• Recruit across operational, customer-facing, commercial, and leadership roles.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for high-volume, specialized, and hard-to-fill roles.
• Use direct sourcing, networking, referrals, social media to identify talent.
• Provide hiring managers with market insights and sourcing recommendations.
• Deliver an engaging candidate experience throughout the process.
• Analyze recruiting data and trends to improve outcomes.
• Contribute to talent mapping, workforce planning, and employer branding.
