Qualifications

• 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience supporting high-volume, field-based, or multi-site hiring environments.
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume requisition workload.
• Strong sourcing across diverse channels (direct sourcing, referrals, social, networking).
• Influence and build partnerships with hiring managers and leaders.
• Data-driven mindset using metrics to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for 50+ requisitions, including high-volume openings, from intake through offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, success criteria, and hiring timelines.
• Leverage recruiting data to identify opportunities and improve results.
• Proactively source and engage talent through digital, social, referral, and direct sourcing strategies.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical hiring needs and monitor funnel health.
