Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.

• International or multicultural recruiting experience preferred.

6-Month Contract | Washington, DC | Hybrid | $35-$44/hour

LHH is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner for a six-month contract opportunity with a growing, mission-driven organization in Washington, DC. This position has the potential to extend based on business needs.

This is an ideal opportunity for a creative, proactive recruiter who knows how to go beyond posting jobs and waiting for applicants. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting for a diverse mix of specialized roles while partnering closely with hiring managers and building talent pipelines across U.S. and international markets.

What You’ll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for approximately 10-15 open requisitions at a time
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies
• Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, referrals, professional networks, and niche talent communities
• Recruit across a variety of functions, including editorial, creative, marketing, IT, and professional services
• Develop pipelines for specialized and hard-to-fill positions
• Conduct candidate screens and manage candidates throughout the interview process
• Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams
• Manage the offer process, including salary discussions and negotiations
• Support recruiting across U.S. and international markets and communicate effectively with individuals from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting activity within the ATS

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Strong experience with proactive sourcing and direct candidate outreach
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and shifting priorities
• Creative sourcing approach with the ability to identify talent outside of traditional applicant pools
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
• International or multicultural recruiting experience strongly preferred
• Experience recruiting specialized, creative, editorial, media, marketing, IT, or professional services talent is a plus
• Experience with iCIMS is preferred but not required
• Type: 6-month contract with potential for extension
• Location: Washington, DC
• Schedule: Currently primarily remote with occasional in-person collaboration; expected to transition to a more structured hybrid schedule as the organization establishes its new office
• Pay: $37-$44/hour, depending on experience
