Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition, with leadership-level searches.
• Proven track record closing passive candidates using job boards, Boolean search, and networks.
• Experience leading complex compensation negotiations and multi-offer situations.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior hiring managers and executives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire recruiting lifecycle end-to-end — intake, sourcing, pipeline development, screening, interview coordination, offer construction, negotiation, and close for executive, leadership, and specialized roles.
• Lead intake and calibration sessions with hiring managers to define role scope, must-have competencies, market realities, and search strategy.
• Proactively source passive candidates through diverse channels and networks.
• Cultivate and maintain an on-going talent bench and pipelines.
• Nurture pipelines through market mapping, competitive intelligence, and external agency partnerships where appropriate.
• Manage requisition workflow, posting strategy, and candidate flow in Workday ATS/HRIS with accurate data and reporting.
• Design and execute structured interview and assessment processes to reduce bias and support sound decisions.
• Monitor weekly requisition volumes, pipeline health, and time-to-fill; adjust strategy based on data.
