Job summary

Directive Consulting is seeking an Associate Director of Talent Acquisition to lead a small recruiting team and manage executive-level searches. You will partner with senior leaders to shape hiring strategy, own Ashby ATS, and drive data-driven recruiting operations across the organization.

You'll coach recruiters, build pipelines for critical roles, and raise the bar on candidate experience while reporting progress to the Head of People Operations. Remote.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Talent Acquisition Partners and drive high-performance recruiting.
• Own full-cycle recruiting from intake to close, including executive roles.
• Partner with senior leadership to define hiring strategies for critical roles.
• Own Ashby ATS; optimize workflows, reporting, and dashboards.
• Develop proactive candidate pipelines and ensure exceptional candidate experience.
• Report progress to executive leadership on a weekly basis.
• Lead or participate in Talent Acquisition projects and process improvements.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive recruiting culture.
