Job summary

Ralliant in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, aerospace, defense, and operations. You will partner with OpCo managers, provide market insights, and drive high-volume hiring through data-driven strategies.

You’ll manage pipelines, coordinate interviews, and proactively source top talent while maintaining a positive candidate experience in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5-15 years of progressive talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting engineering, aerospace, defense, or manufacturing talent.
• Strong partnerships with mid-level managers to align talent strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for high-volume professional and technical roles.
• Partner with OpCo hiring managers to define role requirements and solutions.
• Provide market insights on candidate availability and compensation benchmarks.
• Track recruiting performance with requisition load, time-to-fill, and pipelines.
• Manage candidate pipelines and coordinate screening, interviews, and scheduling.
• Source talent proactively using creative outreach and recruiting platforms.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to maintain momentum and candidate experience.
