Job summary

Camunda is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead sourcing-first recruitment for EMEA GTM roles and beyond. You will advise Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders on market realities, compensation, and candidate expectations while building proactive pipelines and maintaining data-driven processes.

You will collaborate with Ashby, Findem, and BrightHire within a remote, globally distributed team, shaping Camunda’s evolving TA function in the region.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruitment at a high-growth SaaS company
• Proven track record recruiting GTM talent across EMEA with country-specific knowledge
• Sourcing-first mindset with demonstrated hires beyond simple pipeline
• Experience partnering with hiring leaders as an advisor and strategist
• Autonomous, remote-ready with a high-pace mindset in evolving operating models

Responsibilities

• Own EMEA GTM hiring end-to-end as strategic advisor to Sales and Customer Success leaders
• Build proactive sourcing pipelines in Findem and surface talent ahead of demand
• Keep hiring infrastructure clean: Ashby as system of record, BrightHire for interview signals
• Be the trusted point of contact for hiring leaders and flex into other departments when needed
• Partner on role scope and market strategy with hiring leaders before job descriptions are finalized
• Report pipeline health and sourcing effectiveness to leadership with regular cadence
• Create a fast, transparent candidate experience aligned with Camunda's pace
